Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account active on mbi8win. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

Withdrawals

• The maximum withdrawal is RM 50,000 per day for standard accounts.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any bonus that has not met its rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

5.2 Processing Time

Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 15–30 minutes on business days. For e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Withdrawals requiring manual review may take up to 24 business hours.

Sports Betting Rules

• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets (except those relating to events that have already taken place) will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a football match is terminated early but has passed the 75th minute, the score at that point will be used as the final result for the relevant markets.

6.3 Bet Limits

Bonuses & Promotions

Mbi8win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, and Seasonal Promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as the following general conditions:

7.1 Rollover Terms (Wagering Requirements)

• Only bets with a minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports) eligible to count towards the Sports Betting bonus rollover requirement.

7.2 Additional Bonus Terms
